About Our Caremark Member Operations Division

Our Caremark Member Operations division, part of blithequark's Pharmacy Benefit Manager business, is seeking hundreds of Customer Care Representatives to join reputed company! As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and balance your priorities while delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members.

Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Caremark Member Operations division, you'll play a vital role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help members understand their coverage and options. Our business is constantly evolving, and you'll have the chance to service a variety of clients and call types, including reputed company, Medicare Part D, reputed company, and specific clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take inbound calls from members and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions * Provide solutions to help members understand their coverage and options * Service a variety of clients and call types, including reputed company, Medicare Part D, reputed company, and specific clients * Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise * Offer solutions to simplify members' health care experiences * Learn about health care and expand your experiences, opening doors to additional opportunities reputed company blithequark

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience * Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience * Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner * Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life * Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards * Ability to exhibit patience and reputed company and express assurance and confidence * Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism * Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills * At least 6 months of health care experience
