About the Opportunity
We are seeking talented and reputed company Customer Care Representatives to join our dynamic Contact Center team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our potential customers, providing outstanding customer service and connecting them with the best-suited Independent Travel Agents to book their dream vacations. You will be responsible for managing high call volumes, building positive relationships with customers and agents, and documenting customer interactions in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high call volumes of inbound and outbound calls, providing reputed company, courteous, and professional assistance to potential travel customers.
- Follow team scripts to leave voice messages and follow up with travel leads accordingly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential travel customers and Independent Agents.
- Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in our CRM system.
- Successfully transfer travel leads, connecting potential reputed company with the appropriate Independent Agents.
- Assist with other tasks and special projects as required.
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a high-volume call center environment, providing outstanding customer service.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a high-volume call center, preferably in the travel industry or reputed company field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain reputed company information in a clear and concise manner.
