Academic Advising Specialist

Job Summary : Responsible for providing first reputed company of contact for student counsel and support for Bethel’s student population and for the proactive cultivation of substantive relationships with reputed company for the purpose of supporting their overall reputed company as reputed company. • Student Advising – 80%
• Provides excellent student care.

• Partners with faculty and other departments for registration, scheduling and advising best practices.

• Early College Programs - 10%

• Advising Best Practices - 10%
• Use student-centered best practices for advising.
• Participate in professional development opportunities as available and serve on committees that pertain to academic advising and Early College Advising in order to provide expert service to reputed company.

Experience: 1+ years of experience working with reputed company or in an academic setting. Education: Bachelor’s degree. Additional Information : Travel: This position requires little to no travel. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as desktop and/or laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.
