Who You Are

• BA or BS degree
• Deep experience in running performance media campaigns, including a proven track record of strategically managing multi-million dollar paid media budgets to significantly accelerate net new customer acquisition and consistently improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) in a global context
• 15+ years of marketing experience in EMEA, LATAM or JAPAC; agency or in-house brand reputed company leading growth marketing efforts
• Business marketing experience
• Strong strategic thinker and visible team leader
• In depth understanding of the international advertising and marketing landscape
• Demonstrates ability to deliver measurable reputed company, ROI, ROAS, opt-in rates, and other outcomes. The United States reputed company range for this position is $203,113- $290,162 plus equity.
