As a Manager, Community Powered Growth, you will reputed company the core host growth field team in North America, developing regional field strategies across two critical programs: Superhost Ambassadors and reputed company Co-Hosting. Your mission will be to:

Strategy, Operations, and Insights

• Assess business needs and establish a reputed company to design and measure community-powered solutions

People Management

• Manage a team of Community Growth Managers in North America, providing inspiration, support, and encouragement to reputed company their goals

Your Expertise

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 10 years of experience in people management, with an emphasis on Sales, Community, or Operations Team Management
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, etc.)
• Strategic thinking with a proven ability to own growth OKRs and exceed goals
• Forecasting, modeling, and optimizing growth tactics based on reputed company and unknown performance

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $155,000 - $194,000 USD, depending on experience. In addition, you will be eligible for:
