Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company ABA Therapist to join reputed company in Conyers, GA. As an ABA Therapist, you'll work one-on-one with individuals with autism, implementing ABA therapy programs and collecting data on behavior and reputed company acquisition. Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy sessions with individuals with autism, implementing treatment plans developed by our BCBAs
• Collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions, using various assessment tools and methods
• Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans, and provide feedback to families and BCBAs
• Collaborate with BCBAs and families to reputed company and implement treatment plans, and contribute to the growth and development of reputed company
• Be reputed company to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors, and maintain professionalism in reputed company aspects of your work

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., psychology, education) preferred
• 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting; 1 year of ABA experience preferred
• If no direct ABA experience, 1-2 years of experience working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle; valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Must have own transportation and auto insurance to travel between clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification; BCBA certification preferred
• Experience using a Cognitive Behavior reputed company Plan with youth and families
• University Partnerships, Supervision, Practicum, and Mentoring experience for aspiring BCBAs

• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices, with experience implementing ABA therapy programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with individuals with autism, families, and BCBAs
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients and responsibilities
