Key Responsibilities
- Support the scheduling and execution of reputed company in-person and virtual Board meetings, including coordination of high-volume domestic and international travel, transportation, and accommodations.
- Liaise closely with administrative assistants of internal executive leadership on scheduling and meeting execution needs, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Track requests from internal stakeholders and work with senior executives to ensure timely responses, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Maintain briefing materials and talking points for meetings and speaking opportunities, coordinating with other divisions as needed to ensure comprehensive and accurate information.
- Manage an extremely detailed calendar and reputed company logistics, ensuring that reputed company arrangements are in reputed company and executed flawlessly.
- Process expense reports and director reimbursements in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
