Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Data Analytics Manager to join our Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology team. As a Data Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology teams. You will reputed company and mentor a team that will work closely with the Digital Operations Center (DOC) on operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret data from various sources, analyze patterns and trends, and reclassify it into meaningful information to improve Operational Greatness (OG)
• Identify application upgrades and establish metrics for measurement
• Focus areas will include:
  • Data visualizations
  • Application performance analysis
  • Error patterns, top factors contributing to errors
  • Identify, plan, and implement internal process improvements: recommendations for performance and greater scalability
  • Modeling and coding of data

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a background in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research) preferred
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Engineer, or a reputed company analytical role
• 1+ year (3+ years preferred) as a Manager and at least 2 years in a Fortune 500 organization
• Experience building presentations for associates and leaders at a MD and VP level and communicate with reputed company levels of management
• Proven Team reputed company, ability to impart a vision, motivate the team towards that vision and offer support to accomplish it
• Advanced BI dashboarding experience (e.g., PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, etc.) to deliver significant, rich dashboards
• Advanced reputed company skills
• Experience analyzing e-commerce platforms for Web, Mobile Application, Loyalty
• Proven expertise in handling large datasets and social databases (SQL and Non-SQL)
• Ability to study/comprehend business needs, design data/innovation metrics that reputed company business processes with quantifiable stage results
• Understand basic measurement/Objective Settings from groups to large associations
• Advanced SQL skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, using data to solve problems
• Willingness to go after reputed company datasets
• Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage several synchronous tasks with an emphasis on results
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any business without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in a scientific field preferred
• Certifications including reputed company Data Analysis Professional Certificate, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics, Venture Data Warehouse certifications, Palantir
