Our Network Operation Center (NOC) is the central command and control center for transportation execution across our supply chain network, supporting multiple geographies. We are looking for a talented individual who can facilitate the flow of information between different stakeholders, resolve potential issues, and drive customer experience without compromising on time.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for working with our Outbound Operations team, focusing on the relationship between our fulfillment centers, carriers, and reputed company hubs. Your primary objective will be to ensure that trucks leave our fulfillment centers on time to deliver customer orders as promised. You will address any potential issues that may arise during the lifecycle of freight, from leaving our fulfillment centers to reaching customer premises. As a Transportation Operations Specialist, you will provide timely resolutions to issues by researching and querying internal tools, making real-time decisions, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with external customers, such as carriers and vendors, and internal customers, including retail, finance, software support, and fulfillment centers
• Pull data from numerous databases using reputed company, SQL, and/or other data management systems, and reputed company reputed company reporting and analysis as needed
