The reputed company School is our on-site childcare program, providing a nurturing environment for young learners. As an Assistant Teacher in our 2-year-old classroom, you'll work alongside our reputed company teacher to create engaging and developmentally appropriate activities. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor children both indoors and outdoors to ensure their safety and well-being, responding promptly to their needs.
• Assist in planning and implementing engaging classroom activities that foster cognitive, emotional, and physical growth.
• Provide individualized attention to each child, promoting their growth and development through tailored support.
• Maintain a positive and supportive environment conducive to learning and self-discipline, encouraging social skills and emotional intelligence.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain the classroom environment and equipment, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming space.
• Assume responsibility for classroom management in the absence of the reputed company Teacher, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years of age.

• Completion of 24 clock hours of professional development training annually.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a licensed childcare facility, with a deep understanding of early childhood education principles.
