About the Role

As a Sr. Gear Engineer at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our crew across reputed company disciplines. Your primary responsibility will be to multiply our efforts, enhance crew performance, and help us create exceptional games and applications. You will work closely with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and troubles in our improvement process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the crew to generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs given the hassle context and improvement timetable, put in force the selected answer, and help the adoption of the solution by the team.
• Assist, reputed company, and preserve Blithequark's present set of reputed company-precise and custom gear that we use each day.
• Proactively perceive inefficiencies and elaborate areas in our improvement technique across disciplines.
• Preserve, reputed company, and aid present development gear.
• Build and guide custom asset pipelines.
• Grow Blithequark's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• A sturdy ardour for empowering others to do their best work.
• Enjoy with the overall device lifecycle: coming across issues, comparing reputed company answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Revel in operating with custom standalone gear.
• Enjoy growing gear which can be utilized by many recreation development disciplines.
• C#, C++, Python experience.
• Capable of working efficaciously in a self-directed environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with custom game engines.
• Unreal or reputed company experience.
• JavaScript and net tech experience.
