Position Overview

As a General Manager with Team Outsider, you will play a critical role in leading our RV resort and campground operations. You will be responsible for providing world-class customer service, driving business growth, and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that your campground and its amenities are fully operational, maximizing camper-nights, registration reputed company, store sales, and ancillary reputed company while managing expenses.
• Drive growth and promotion of your campground's service offerings, developing unique local marketing efforts and community partnerships.
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for your campground and team, reviewing daily reports and working to finalize weekly and monthly reports.
