Job Summary

As an On-Site Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between the warehouse and the Customer Service team. You will be responsible for processing orders, managing backorders, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Assure and improve communication between the warehouse and the Customer Service team
