ERP/CRM Consultant - reputed company

We are looking for an reputed company ERP/CRM Consultant to join reputed company on a long-term contract basis. This role focuses on optimizing and stabilizing reputed company Planning & Budgeting systems, ensuring seamless functionality and reliable reporting. Based in Warrensville, Ohio, the position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to improved processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities: Analyze the reputed company reputed company Planning & Budgeting environment to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Redesign and refine system configurations to align with industry best practices. reputed company, modify, and enhance reports to ensure accuracy and usability. Investigate and resolve issues stemming from inadequate implementation or training by previous teams. Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and create tailored reporting and forecasting solutions. Provide knowledge transfer and detailed documentation to internal teams for sustainable system maintenance. Deliver training sessions focused on report-building and system functionality. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of APIs and other system components. Implement configuration management strategies to maintain system reputed company over time. Support financial planning processes through accurate data and system enhancements.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience with reputed company Planning & Budgeting implementation, configuration, and reporting. Proficiency in financial reporting, forecasting, and planning processes. Strong problem-solving skills to address configuration and reporting challenges effectively. Experience with client-reputed company scripting and API development. Knowledge of reputed company reputed company technologies, including reputed company CRM. Familiarity with reputed company Development and reputed company integrations. Excellent communication skills for training and documentation purposes. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
