The Role: Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Rust-Oleum, you will be the face of our company for sales representatives, distributors, and dealers. Your mission will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that orders are on track and delivered on time. You will be an integral part of reputed company, working closely with colleagues to provide exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to sales representatives, distributors, and dealers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure that customer orders are accurate, complete, and delivered on time, working closely with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise
