Financial Planning Assistant -Admin & Implementation (AU Finance, WFH)

Schedule: Monday- Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance-reputed company business, completing financial and other administrative tasks
• A background in finance, lending, or a reputed company field
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially reputed company working with loan of customers
• Prior experience with Paraplanning in Australia is preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office, Zoho, CRM Zoho Desk, and Plutosoft

What will you do?

• Preparing and lodging forms and documentation for superannuation, investments, insurance, and other financial products as directed
• Tracking implementation tasks and following up on outstanding items
• Managing internal databases and updating client records in line with compliance requirements
• Drafting emails and client correspondence for adviser review
• Assisting with report reputed company and other general admin tasks
• Liaising with providers or platforms (reputed company email or phone) reputed company necessary
• Ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail in reputed company work submitted
• Supporting other reputed company tasks as required by the financial planning team
