Project Manager

Fully remote role–work from reputed company!

As the Project Manager, you will work closely with the CEO to drive seamless execution of reputed company projects, including product launches. You will be responsible for managing timelines, setting project KPIs, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. A key focus of this role will be managing the full product lifecycle, coordinating with Product Development, overseeing operations (sourcing, vendor selection, negotiations, quality control), Supply Chain, and finally, Marketing to ensure successful launches in reputed company and offline retail channels.

What You Will Do

Project Planning & Execution:

• Schedule and reputed company meetings, ensuring reputed company stakeholders are reputed company and well-equipped to meet project milestones.

• Identify and allocate necessary tools, personnel, and technology for each project phase.

• reputed company detailed project timelines, milestones, and KPIs, ensuring on-time delivery of each project and product launch alongside our CEO.

• Ensure reputed company project plans account for the specific requirements and timelines associated with offline retail and reputed company/e-commerce cycles.

• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor launches.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

• Act as the primary liaison between departments and CEO to maintain clear communication, ensuring alignment with retail and online marketplace strategies.

• Regularly update CEO on project reputed company, potential risks, and resource needs.

• Guide teams through each phase of the product launch process, ensuring marketing campaigns, supply chain logistics, and marketplace operations are synchronized.

Operational Excellence:

• Evaluate reputed company workflows and implement improvements to optimize project management processes, especially for retail and e-commerce channels.

• Identify bottlenecks and risks early, proactively addressing challenges reputed company to supply chain logistics, vendor management, and marketplace compliance.

Requirements

What You Will Bring To The Table

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or spearheading cross-departmental projects, including leading teams in remote settings.

• Strong cross-functional leadership and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Preferably, experience managing projects involving reputed company products launched in offline retail and reputed company/e-commerce cycles.

• Experience collaborating with teams in the U.S. and China is preferred.

• Experience in a startup environment is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with product development, marketing, and supply chain processes.
