Senior UX/UI Designer

Position Overview

We are hiring the Senior UX/UI Designer to own the end-to-end product design and visual design processes for our reputed company web and mobile experiences. In this role, you will be driving the designing process and product design leadership, from creating user flows and wireframes to building user reputed company mockups and prototypes. You will rely on user-centric design principle to craft industry-leading user experiences and meet the product goals. As a senior designer, You’ll work with design team, set the bar for design quality, give constructive feedback to peers, and partner closely with product and engineering to ship features at pace.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end design projects that deliver reputed company user experience for blockchain and reputed company products.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into reputed company and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Utilize various research techniques such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies to gather qualitative and quantitative data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, reputed company-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or a reputed company field.
• At least 2+ years of leading product design and visual design teams.
• At least 5+ years of product design experience, including research, prototyping, and implementation of user-facing applications.
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as reputed company, Framer, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in user research techniques and tools, such as interviews, surveys, usability testing software, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent product and interaction design skills, with a strong portfolio that reflects independent project ownership and high-quality execution.
