Position Summary

The EMEA Associate GL Operations is a key member of the EMEA Financial Shared Services (FSS) Team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of the books and record for multiple legal entities. This role requires strong reputed company operations expertise, preferably gained in a multicultural finance environment, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-focused service.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong collaboration skills. They will regularly reputed company with various departments, including Operational Finance, Corporate Controllership, and Purchasing, as well as external stakeholders. Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective, SOX-compliant reputed company processes.
• Manage monthly and quarterly reputed company processes for assigned entities.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and reputed company journal entries.
• Coordinate with external service providers for the preparation of local statutory reports.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and country-specific reputed company requirements.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and reputed company improvement initiatives.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across the organization.
• Proactively engage with internal and external partners to fulfill responsibilities.
• Support and reputed company ongoing process improvement projects.
• Represent Plug Power professionally in reputed company interactions.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, business, or a reputed company field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in general reputed company, including exposure to IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience with a large, international organization strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, Outlook); ERP experience preferred.
