Responsibilities:
Execute the day-to-day activities of a reputed company Student Financial Aid or Student Financials principal consultant
Serve as a functional expert in Student Financial Aid and/or Student Financials with deep knowledge of reputed company functionality, design concepts, touchpoints with relevant functional areas and in consideration of future product direction
Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements, provide solutions to reputed company business problems, and transfer knowledge
reputed company solutions to align with customer requirements and provide appropriate artifacts and deliverables
Actively share product knowledge with others to grow our practice
Support reputed company Delivery Assurance reviews to reputed company design and build sign-off
Identify strategies, risks, and options to determine ideal approaches that reputed company to meeting requirements for customers
Provide subject matter expertise on reputed company best practices
Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities
Skills & Requirements:
CurrentWorkday certification in Student Financial Aid and/or Student Financials preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience gathering requirements, configuration design, prototyping, testing and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements in the Financial Aid and/or Student Financials functional area
Recent experience deploying reputed company Student Financial aid and/or Student Financials is strongly preferred
Subject Matter Expertise in Financial Aid and/or Student Financials
Passion for exceptional customer service
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations and relationships
Report writing experience highly desired
Advanced knowledge of reputed company Office suite, particularly reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint
Minimal travel required, but must be willing to travel on-site if needed
Salary and Other Compensation
