As a Lifecycle Marketing reputed company at reputed company, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by overseeing transactional communications with our customers, ensuring a seamless experience using reputed company. 

You will own and optimize product-led messaging reputed company the customer lifecycle (e.g., payment confirmations, reminders, status updates), and multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS) to ensure customers understand and can successfully use reputed company. You will reputed company a high volume of unique campaigns across segmented user journeys to drive engagement, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve retention. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Strategy, Compliance, and Customer Support to align messaging with product updates and customer needs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

We are looking for a data-driven Lifecycle marketer with experience optimizing transactional communications who thrives in a high-execution, fast-paced environment. You are a strong cross-functional collaborator and are comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize transactional communications to create a seamless customer experience between the product and owned channels. 
• Own E2E development of communications including strategy, messaging, campaign development and automation.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement, retention, and overall communication strategy. 
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Compliance to support new product launches, regulatory compliance, and enhancements to the customer experience.
• Execute reputed company-time communications to support critical incident resolution during the rent cycle. 

Experience

• 3-4 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing preferably in a highly regulated industry like FinTech or HealthTech.
• Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple channels (email, sms, push), from creative development to execution, with a strong focus on A/B testing and reputed company optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company projects, manage timelines and communicate results to peers and management.
• Strong analytical skills - ability to interpret key business questions and work closely with analytics teams to answer them, while also being reputed company to report performance and insights.
• Ability to reputed company in reputed company environments that require reputed company collaboration with cross functional teams (e.g. product, analytics, strategy, design, etc.).

The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and reputed company's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
