This role will work closely with construction teams and internal departments, including Project Management, Procurement, Scheduling, and Finance, to manage project cost and financial forecasting. What You'll Do:

Project Cost Management: Assist in managing budgets, forecasts, commitments, and accruals for data center and technical construction projects.

Financial Tracking & Reporting: Track actual costs against forecasts and provide regular project status reports.

Vendor Coordination: Review invoices for accuracy and manage vendor payments.

Change Control Management: Maintain budgets and schedules to reflect approved changes.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Project Managers and scheduling teams to align cost and schedule.

Lean Culture Development: Encourage and support Lean initiatives across the team.

Education:

BA/BS in Construction Management, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and project planning for multi-project programs.

Experience with cost control systems (eBuilder or similar) is a plus.

Familiarity with structured cabling industry and relevant technologies and safety standards.

Skills:

Decision-Making & Problem-Solving: Ability to solve reputed company problems and reputed company reputed company with a focus on solutions.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with upper management, clients, and internal teams.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
