Job Summary:

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Data Entry and Patient Enrollment, you will be responsible for performing information passage and patient enrollment, answering high-volume customer inquiries, and working under direct supervision. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school recognition or GED.

• At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/enrollment by the state as conceded by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
• Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing files).
• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
