Job Summary

As a part-time remote Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Specialist at reputed company, you will be responsible for performing information section and patient enrollment, handling customer inquiries, and working under direct reputed company. You will utilize reputed company' pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication information, and your duties may vary based on the assigned division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize reputed company' prescription data entry methods and guidelines to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the appropriate system.
  • Handle patient prescription requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
  • Investigate to obtain missing prescription information and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
  • Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
  • Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, emails) and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.
  • Resolve Outsider Oddballs by researching, gathering information, making amendments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements.
  • Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those at different locations.
  • Identify and communicate issues to senior-level staff as appropriate.
  • Obtain active expert licensure or certification reputed company the initial 90 days and maintain an active licensure or certification.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Basic level of computer skills (e.g., turning on and off the computer, using a mouse to reputed company and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing documents, and accessing data online)
  • Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing in URLs in the correct location, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a webpage, navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing forms online
  • Intermediate level of keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, arranging reports)
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Intermediate to advanced level of keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, arranging documents)
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
