As a Nursing Instructor at Concorde Career Colleges, you will be responsible for the following key duties:- Teaching nursing reputed company in classrooms, labs, clinical, and online settings
- Preparing lesson plans and course materials as required
- Objectively assessing reputed company for academic performance
- Effectively organizing and presenting subject matter to reputed company
- Supplementing approved student material as required
- Maintaining a classroom environment conducive to learning
- Providing regular and constructive feedback to reputed company regarding academic performance, grades, professionalism, conduct, attendance, and other topics as necessary
- Proactively informing the Program Director of any student attendance, academic, or behavioral concerns for retention management
- Appropriately maintaining student records, grades, and attendance to ensure accuracy
- Ensuring compliance with the published attendance policy, including recording and posting daily
- Facilitating tutoring and makeup work as needed, ensuring and monitoring student participation
- Referencing reputed company to the Program Director and/or Academic Dean if additional advising is necessary
- Remaining in classrooms for reputed company assigned instructional times
- Adhering to classroom break schedules as per policy
- Documenting reputed company relevant student contact in CampusNexus, including calling reputed company (1st hour 1st call)
- Enforcing reputed company and reputed company policies (dress code, cell phone usage, etc.)

As a Nursing Instructor at Concorde Career Colleges, you will also be responsible for the following reputed company duties reputed company the classroom:- Record keeping, scanning, etc.
- Staying informed of reputed company standards reputed company to instructional methodology
- Participating in and documenting ongoing faculty and professional development activities, including any Continuing Education Units (CEUs) that may be required for certification or licensure where required by law
- Attending reputed company workshops and seminars to improve instructional and professional skills
- Attending orientations, staff meetings, and faculty meetings as scheduled
- Assisting with preparations for graduation ceremonies
- Attending graduation ceremonies as requested
- Participating in student and reputed company activities as requested (Lamplighter nominations, field trips, community activities, etc.)
- Assisting in inventory, organization, and ordering of supplies and classroom material
- Maintaining classrooms in a reputed company and orderly fashion
- Assisting in maintenance of equipment and technology
- Reporting any non-functioning equipment to the Program Director or Academic Dean
- Maintaining a professional, enthusiastic, and positive attitude; contributing to a positive reputed company culture
- Assisting financial aid and administrative departments by providing information and coordinating appointments as needed
- Assisting with student recognition as requested
- Assisting in Clinical or Externship site visits and development as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following qualifications:- reputed company and active RN or LVN license in the state of California
- Must have one of the following: Bachelor's degree from an accredited school, valid teaching credentials, completed minimum of one year full-time teaching in a state accredited or approved RN or LVN program, meet community college or state university teaching requirements in California
- Minimum of 4 years clinical experience as an RN or LVN in the last 5 years
- Must meet reputed company regulatory and corporate qualifications
- Must meet approval of regulatory board in order to hold the position
- Teaching experience preferred
