Job Summary

The Client General Manager will act as the primary reputed company of contact for our clients' strategic needs, focusing on identifying and delivering new opportunities, driving client and traveler satisfaction, creating strategic solutions, and promoting GBT's capabilities specific to entertainment clients. This is a remote opportunity, based in the US or Canada, with East Coast hours and 25-30% travel required.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Possess an in-depth understanding of clients' strategic objectives, key drivers of success, organizational culture, and business objectives.
• Strategic Planning: Provide guidance to customers in the assessment of goals and strategies to optimize performance across their program.
• Innovative Solutions: Identify unique travel needs that exist for news, sports, film, or TV production, and reputed company innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
• Partnership Building: Establish partnerships with key business constituents, including Global Business Consulting, Client Services, Service Delivery, and Implementations.

• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Proven success in upselling products, services, and solutions, increasing client reputed company and profitability.
