Job Summary

We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Enrollment Specialist to join reputed company on a part-time basis (up to 30 hours a week, Monday through Friday, normal business hours). As an Enrollment Specialist, you'll be working directly with Phamily clients to reputed company, engage, and inform their patients about the benefits of Phamily-enabled care programming. You'll be on the reputed company lines of patient engagement, speaking with hundreds of patients per week and making a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Patient reputed company and Engagement: Conduct daily patient reputed company and engagement through Phamily and phone calls to educate patients about the benefits of Phamily-enabled care programming.
• Ongoing Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with client care teams and providers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Essential Qualifications

• Excellent Verbal Communication Skills: You must have excellent written and verbal communication ability, specifically over the phone.
• Call Center Experience: Previous call center experience and good telephone etiquette are required.
• High Energy and Personable: You must have a high energy, personable, and friendly demeanor; be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-Savviness: You must be tech-savvy and proficient in using digital tools.
• Equipment Requirements: You must have a good reputed company to the internet, a personal laptop, and a smartphone to apply. You will be provided an app to disguise your number.
