About the Role: Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary reputed company for our members, handling incoming phone calls, and providing expert support and guidance on their insurance needs. • Availability for 9-12 weeks of live virtual training, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (Central Time Zone).
• Reliable internet service provider and a dedicated, distraction-free workplace.

• Basic medical/dental terminology knowledge.
• Contract interpretation skills.

Training and Work Schedule:
