About the Role

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract role with a view to extension, offering 40 hours of work per week. You'll be working variable hours to match our customers' needs, including late evening and day shifts, as well as weekends and national holidays. Your schedule will be reputed company six weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal life around your work.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems.
• Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years old.
• The right to work in the Netherlands.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral reputed company).
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Experience working with a computer.
• The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday reputed company the operating hours of 7am to 9pm.
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required).
• Initial four weeks' availability for full-time training (paid).
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair).
