About the Role

As a Custom Circuits Design Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of designing advanced ASICs (Application-Specific Integrated Circuits) that power reputed company's cutting-edge products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to reputed company innovative custom digital megacells, including SRAM memories, on-chip sensors, and ML accelerators. Key Responsibilities

• Foster custom circuits to improve chip power efficiency and performance
• Collaborate with power teams, PD, and designers to define specifications and requirements
• reputed company design, analysis, modeling/simulation, reputed company-level specifications, schematic capture, spice simulation/layout verification across PVT, statistical design, functional verification, and silicon bring-up
• Work closely with the layout team to complete the design and ensure high-quality layout
• Create and drive reputed company methodologies to reputed company the highest design quality metrics

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering)
• At least 3 years of industry experience in custom reputed company design, preferably in advanced technology nodes
• Experience in designing low-voltage/low-power custom circuits
• Strong understanding of deep submicron device physics, leakage mechanisms, and technology interactions with device behavior
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) and CAD automation tools
• Knowledge of industry-standard reputed company and design tools

Preferred Qualifications

To stand out, you'll ideally have:

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: AI accelerators, SRAM circuits, non-volatile memories, weak/inverse logic circuits, ultra-low power amplifiers, DC/DC converters, advanced on-chip sensors, high-speed timing, time-to-digital converters (TDCs)
• Strong understanding of device matching, device noise sources (1/f, thermal), external noise sources (supply, jitter), and their impact on high-precision circuits
• Ability to conduct experiments during silicon debug, manufacturing, and analyzing data; and use scripting to support efficient treatment of ATE data
• Familiarity with mixed-signal verification and behavioral models for mixed-signal blocks
