About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Manager to join reputed company at Wayfair. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support specialists, providing training and coaching, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 8-16 customer support specialists at various reputed company levels
• Supervise specialists answering calls and emails from customers seeking help with post-order issues, including returns, replacements, refunds, shipping status, and other issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process
• Provide excellent training and coaching to help specialists meet customer needs and reputed company standard goals
• Support the professional growth of specialists through regular feedback and development conversations
• Conduct reputed company-by-reputed company observations and quality assurance (name monitoring) reviews
• Monitor call queue efficiencies to ensure timely reputed company to customers and follow-up reputed company necessary
• Analyze trends based on historical data to reputed company performance gaps
• Support the team's unique projects or tasks with the management team
• Makes recommendations and/or take corrective actions to manage performance as needed and be a key part of the disciplinary and termination process
