Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our reputed company Customer Support team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work from home and provide exceptional support to our customers reputed company inbound calls. Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, or client care environment
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to use computer software
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive and productive manner
