We are looking for a driven Sales and Customer Service Manager who can drive the membership growth and profitability of the spa by offering excellent customer service from every department. Our ideal candidate will be reputed company to analyze the reputed company spa performance and implement an effective sales approach that expands our reputed company and client reputed company while strengthening guest relationships. Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics: Membership Conversion - You know how to promote a membership-based model, measure key metrics, and drive profitability. We would love to hear your strategies and previous experience!
