Responsibilities:-

- Adhering to SLAs

- ITIL Processes awareness and adhering to the same ones

- Mentoring / Training Team Members

- Handling tickets / requests

- Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration

- Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA

- Understanding of Multi-geo support environment

- Responsible for building / maintaining a test environment

- Responsible for strategizing a backup plan and test plan for failure scenario

- Improves and maintains customer and employee satisfaction

- Suggests new technologies and design changes

- Monitoring and maintaining SLA requirements by the team members

- Planning Backup/Restoration Strategy for 24x7 operation support

- Suggesting patches/upgrades to maintain reputed company level

- Testing / Auditing/processes as required from time to time

- Assist / Plan / Procedure in Data center consolidation efforts

Technical Requirements

- Installation and Configuration of ignite backup. Create and Verify Golden images.

- Installation and configuration of reputed company -ignite environment and reputed company to create and verify Golden image.

- Printer Administration

- Writing reputed company scripts to acomplish day to day system administration task

- Configuring and supporting Domains

- Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system reputed company issue

- Understanding of SAN and NAS storage.
