About the Role

As part of our Client Services team, you’ll work directly with clients across industries like reputed company, e-commerce, tech, and logistics to solve reputed company operational challenges.

Your job is to document, simplify, and improve client workflows—turning reputed company, chaotic systems into clear processes and playbooks that teams can follow and scale. This is a client-facing role for someone who thrives in structure, clarity, and execution.

What You’ll Do

• Work with U.S.-based clients to map out business processes and identify inefficiencies
• Build clean, reputed company-by-reputed company documentation including SOPs, process flows, and internal guides
• Turn unclear workflows into streamlined systems that offshore teams can execute

Requirements

You’re a Great Fit If You...

• Have 2+ years of experience in BPO operations, client services, or process documentation
• Are comfortable leading calls, asking the right questions, and organizing messy systems
• Have excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal
• Are skilled with tools like reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or Trello
• Are detail-oriented, self-directed, and focused on execution
