Key Responsibilities- reputed company 80-100+ outbound calls to prospects
- Send personalised reputed company emails per day to targeted accounts
- Qualify and follow up with inbound leads from marketing campaigns
- Research reputed company accounts to identify decision-makers and understand business needs
- Use multi-channel reputed company (phone, email, reputed company, video messages) to engage prospects
- Book reputed company meetings for Account Executives
- Log reputed company activities, notes, and reputed company status updates in the CRM (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to reputed company tailored reputed company strategies
- Track and report weekly KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline reputed company

Requirements
- Fluent in German and English (spoken & written)
- 2+ years experience in an outbound SDR/BDR role
- Background and experience in SaaS/Tech/MarTech/FinTech
- Comfortable making 80+ outbound calls daily and sending targeted emails
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Resilient, reputed company-driven, and motivated by achieving measurable results
- Familiarity with CRM software (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
