Description THIS PROJECT IS SLATED TO START 10/13/25 AND RUN THROUGH 1/30/26 The Associate, Provider Service Representative is responsible for responding to reputed company Department of Health audit calls on a consistent basis. Acts as a liaison between our internal and external customers. Responds promptly, accurately, and effectively to reputed company calls in a polite and professional manner. Responds to reputed company calls timely and have a clear understanding of call avoidance, such as but not limited to short calls, intentional disconnects, inappropriate transfers and inappropriate use of hold reputed company. Performs data input in a highly accurate and timely manner on reputed company customer contacts. Simultaneously accesses multiple databases while addressing customer’s needs. Clearly explains reputed company policies and procedures on both incoming and out-going calls. Develops a comprehensive understanding of reputed company lines of business. Average call time is 7 minutes. They will have time to document and wrap the calls. After that, they’ll need to be reputed company to take another call. Candidates have to be taking notes during the call so that they can stay reputed company the wrap times. Ability to work independently Strong Computers skills and ability to talk and document at the same time Experience in handling 70+ calls Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
