Responsibilities
- Offer outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking airline customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and changes.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive experience.
- Provide accurate information on airline policies, services, and promotions.
- Document customer interactions meticulously and maintain thorough records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry changes and airline information to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluent in Finnish (native proficiency) and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the airline or travel sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and reputed company.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems) is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in a remote reputed company and adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
