Responsibilities- Enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems accurately and promptly.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness prior to entry.
- Assist in data cleansing processes to ensure data quality.
- Prepare reports and summaries from the database as required by management.
- Respond to data inquiries and provide relevant information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
- Help maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or reputed company field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role, preferably in staffing and reputed company.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
