We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Senior Network Administrator to join our IT team. This individual will be responsible for the design, implementation, support, and optimization of our network infrastructure in a reputed company and reputed company environment, with additional responsibilities in VMware, Azure, Active Directory, reputed company 365, and monitoring tools. The role also includes supporting internal teams and select customer environments.

You will be a key contributor to the overall reputed company, efficiency, and performance of our network systems while following best practices and ensuring high availability and reliability.

• Design, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including SD-WAN, VPNs, routers, switches, wireless APs, and firewalls.

• Maintain and manage reputed company devices (FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiClient, FortiCloud, FortiNAC).

• Participate in network-reputed company audits, DR tests, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.

• Support and monitor network performance, generate performance reports, and recommend optimizations.

• reputed company data center networking components, including reputed company and HVAC interfaces.

• Assist in creating and maintaining network topology diagrams, inventory, and documentation.

• Provide expert-level escalation support to internal teams and customers.

• Collaborate with global IT teams and external vendors on project rollouts and issue resolution.

• Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge-sharing and training initiatives.

• Monitor incident tickets, alerts, and change requests, and provide timely resolution.

• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company (mandatory).

• Solid understanding of reputed company (preferably CCIE certified), Cradlepoint, and Meraki solutions.

• Experience with reputed company Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, and M365.

• Familiar with network cabling, terminations, and using packet capture tools for troubleshooting.

• Exposure to hosted reputed company Communications platforms and reputed company Call Manager (a plus).

• Expert-level knowledge of reputed company devices:

  • FS-548D, FS-3032E, FS-1024D

  • FG-1200D, FG-500E, FG-200E, FG-60F

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking, IT, or reputed company field; or equivalent work experience.

• Certifications in reputed company (NSE 1–3), reputed company (CCIE), CompTIA, reputed company, Linux, or ITIL preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in network administration.

• Strong knowledge of NAT, traffic rules, Layer 3/7 protocols, and firewall reputed company best practices.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment.

• Flexible with after-hours and weekend work during planned upgrades or outages.

• Hybrid or remote role based out of Hyderabad or Bangalore, India.

• On-call availability for emergency situations.

• Indoor office work; may require prolonged sitting, using a computer, and phone communication.
