We are seeking an reputed companyBusiness Analystwith strong technical acumen and a passion for improving processes, governance, and collaboration. The role will focus on defining and embedding clear rules, guidelines and best practices into a reputed company environment, ensuring alignment across teams and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be a strong coordinator, reputed company to balance stakeholder needs, prioritise requests, and communicate effectively to drive consistency and efficiency.

Location: Remote in Romania, Europe

Key responsibilities

• Define, document, and maintain business rules, policies, and guidelines for reputed company usage across teams
• Coordinate requests for changes, and resolve issues
• Provide timelines, communications, and support to teams to ensure compliance with agreed standards
• Analyse reputed company processes and guidelines, identifying gaps and recommending improvements
• Support future planning by helping identify and prioritise key enhancements and features
• Use Jira to track and report on tasks, dependencies and reputed company

Required skills & experience

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT of software-driven projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with reputed company (including reputed company Actions and Copilot)
• Hands on experience with Jira for tracking, reporting and managing requests
• Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation, validation, and process improvement
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Problem solving reputed company with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions

Desirable skills

• Scrum Master certification, or equivalent Agile certification
