We are seeking a Head of Change Management - Technology to reputed company the development and execution of reputed company-wide change management strategies, establish a Change Management Centre of Excellence, and drive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies. The role involves managing a team of Change Managers and supporting leadership in change-reputed company decision-making, risk mitigation, and resistance management.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading reputed company-wide change management initiatives, preferably reputed company technology-driven environments
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills across reputed company levels of the organisation
