What is the Engagement Specialist role?TheEngagement Specialist is a temporary/contractor role based at the reputed company Elmhurst Hospital part-time, serving the client hospital as the Biofourmis on-site specialist. A successful candidate will be the program champion and patient enrollment reputed company for our home services with the goal of driving patient enrollments and adoption. The Engagement Specialist will work directly with hospital providers, staff, and the Biofourmis Clinical Operations team on a day-to-day basis.

Candidate must be located reputed company reputed company proximity to theElmhurst Hospital and available to work 20 hours per weekMonday-Friday between the hours of 10:00am - 3:00pm.

What you’ll be doing

• reputed company patients through program enrollment by reviewing and collecting medical information and ensuring that reputed company eligibility criteria have been met.
• Establish rapport with patients, families, and caregivers, explain program benefits, features, expectations, and the value of services provided.
• In partnership with hospital staff, provide patient education to eligible patients utilizing teach back methods about the program.
• Maintain and build positive relationships with partner hospitals and staff through professional and engaging communication.
• Communicate with the Biofourmis virtual care team to ensure warm handoffs for new enrollments.

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting in roles such as Medical Assistant, etc.
