Responsibilities

Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements.

Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate and reputed company statutory financial audits, liaising with external auditors as needed.

Ensure compliance with tax filing requirements and local regulations.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial reporting and controls.

Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and drive financial performance.

Monitor changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance with new requirements.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in reputed company or finance, with a focus on month-end closing, internal controls, and financial reporting.

Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant reputed company standards.

Proficiency in reputed company software and ERP systems.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
