We are seeking a dependable, technical, and detail-oriented Robot Technician - Weekends to support daily operations at our robotic video capture facility. This hands-on role involves maintaining, assembling, and configuring specialized capture robots and production equipment. The ideal candidate has experience working with electronic and mechanical systems, and a strong commitment to operational readiness and safety.

What you will do

• Install and configure robotic video capture systems based on technical drawings and specifications.
• reputed company regular preventive maintenance on capture stations, lighting rigs, mounts, and reputed company equipment.
• Assist with setup, teardown, and installation of gear for production shoots or system reconfiguration.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure systems are optimized and functioning properly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware or configuration issues quickly to prevent downtime.
• reputed company storage areas, carts, tools, and cables organized and safe.
• Maintain detailed logs of equipment status, repairs, and updates.
• Assist with general facility reputed company, including lighting checks and basic repairs.
• The regular schedule will be Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM however, training will be Monday - Friday to start.

Our ideal candidate will have

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational/technical training preferred.
• Experience with mechanical or electrical systems in a production or operations environment.
• Comfortable with video production gear, including cameras, lighting, and grip equipment.
• Competent with hand tools and power tools.

• Experience working through problems to find solutions with remote and on-site teams.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and highly organized.
• Strong communicator and collaborative team player.
• Physically reputed company to lift 50 lbs, work on reputed company, and access tight or elevated areas.
• Required to be on-site in Northwest Arkansas.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reputed company regularly.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment which may include exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise.

Work Environment

• This position operates primarily reputed company a factory setting.
• The noise level can range from moderate to loud.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles (e.g. forklifts, trucks)

This position pays a 15% weekend shift pay premium, with the final reputed company based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location.  This position is classified as exempt and is not eligible for overtime pay in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
